Randy White

Randy White has been in the real estate business all his life. At a very young age, he worked on his father’s rent properties painting, cleaning, and mowing. Over time he developed well-rounded handyman skills and became the maintenance man and lawn guy. Fresh out of high school he got his real estate license and began selling. After college, he came back to Grand Prairie to join his father in the real estate business. In the 90’s Randy moved to Summit County, Colorado and started his own company. Along the way he built, remodeled and finished out 100s of custom homes in Breckenridge. He built a million dollar Stucco & Masonry company within 3 years and managed about 550 ski in/ski out condos on the slopes of Breckenridge. He also did a heck of a lot of skiing. Randy returned to Grand Prairie in 2001. A single Dad with 3 young boys, He was especially motivated to take what he had learned and built upon it. He jumped right into sales and property management, learned the commercial side of the business, and started his own Construction Company. Within 2 years Randy had built a reputation as knowledgeable and professional within the Real Estate community. He has continued to add specialties to his services and accreditations to his resume’. He is currently a Tx Master Renovator, holds specializations in residential sales and property management, and services over 200 rental units through his property management division. He is a member of TAR, NAR, NARPM, and MetroTex. Randy has done hundreds of remodeling projects and investment rehabs through his company, Custom Designs Construction. He has built a team of professionals to handle every aspect of the real estate acquisition and management process. His family real estate company, White & Associates RE, has been recognized as a top quality residential sales firm and currently manages about 150 properties in Grand Prairie, Texas and surrounding communities.
